Cartegena has been on my list to make sure I get to. Your trip reminded me of that.All of your experiences are making for a full sabbatical experience. Thanks for your post. It was an incredible trip and a life changing experience for sure.

I hope other people will be inspired to use their skills in more altruistic ways.

Congratulation son being brave enough to venture out there. I’ve just returned from Uganda. A family visit. I’m thinking about going for a longer period and wanted to get an outsiders view. I am Ugandan born, but spent most of my childhood overseas in Kenya and England. I now live on Italy. Thank you for sharing your skills and opening the door of knowledge to the underpriviledged.
